Creating technical documentation is needed for most products and services, but creating it can be a challenge.
In most companies documentation is created by technical writers who get their knowledge from technicians and convert this into documentation which must be reviewed by technicians again. A lot of work has to be put into this to get documentation of decent quality.
The Collectiony Documentation Suite takes a different approach: create a system where people with the technical knowledge create the documentation in blocks (page, paragraph) and have those blocks reviewed, proofread and in the end translated.
After all workflow steps are followed, released blocks can be combined to create a collection (publication like a book, manual etc.) to be either downloaded or printed.
Collections only need to be created once. The system automatically creates all translated collections as soon as all used blocks are translated.
